Last updated Oct 19, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Okouro. By using the service you agree to them. They take effect on the date you start using Okouro. This version was last updated on 2026-10-19.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Okouro you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to them.
The English version is the authoritative text. In case of conflict between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
The service
Okouro is a business-to-business software-as-a-service ERP for IT services companies, digital agencies and consulting firms. It covers staffing and allocation, automated monthly timesheets, time off, expenses, invoicing and financial KPIs.
The service is provided "as available". Features may be added, changed or removed as the product evolves.
Accounts
You must register an account and provide accurate information. An account administrator controls the settings, plans and users of the account.
- Users within your account are your responsibility.
- Keep your credentials secret and do not share them.
- Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account at support@okouro.com.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans are described at https://okouro.com. Prices are shown excluding taxes.
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Trials, where offered, are subject to the terms shown at signup.
We may suspend access if amounts remain unpaid. There are no refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.
Acceptable use
Use Okouro only for lawful purposes.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the service.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to compromise the service.
- Do not infringe the rights of third parties.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Customer data
You own and control all data you enter into Okouro, including clients, consultants, timesheets and invoices.
You are the data controller for personal data of your employees and clients. Okouro acts as processor under a data processing agreement.
You warrant that you have the right to submit that data.
Okouro accesses customer data only to provide the service, maintain security, or comply with the law.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may carry out planned maintenance. Support is provided at support@okouro.com.
Service level commitments, if any, are set out in the order form.
Intellectual property
The Okouro software, marks and documentation remain the property of Okouro.
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for the term of your subscription.
Your data and your materials remain yours.
We may use anonymised and aggregated usage statistics to improve the product.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other's confidential information and uses it only for the purposes of these terms.
For personal data, this obligation mirrors the data processing agreement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind.
Okouro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Okouro's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid or payable by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or material breach after notice, or immediately where there is a security or legal risk.
After termination, you may export your data for 30 days. Data is then deleted per the data processing agreement.
Fees already paid are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify material changes at least 30 days before they take effect, via the account or support@okouro.com.
Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
The exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Paris.
These terms are drafted in English and the English text prevails.
